1. How to order

Orders can be placed via our website www.llenstudio.co.uk/. Once you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation that we have received your purchase. Items will have multiple sizes to choose from. Should you require alternative sizes, please contact us at info@llenstudio.co.uk

1. Price

All prices shown on the website are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs as these will be applied at checkout. The price you see is the price you will pay at checkout plus delivery charges. If ordering from outside the UK, the customer will be responsible for any customs and import duties

All payments are made via PayPal.

1. Delivery

At Llên, all items are made by our team in our studio. Therefore, all items are aimed to be shipped within 2 weeks of confirmation of purchase. Shipping is estimated 7 days. All delivery is standard unless otherwise stated, or discussed and confirmed with the customer. We will be sure to contact you if there will be an extended delay in sending out your items due to unforeseen circumstances. Necessary measures with packaging will ensure that your item arrives to you safely.

For returns and refunds please contact via email (info@llenstudio.co.uk) for information on how to do this. Returns and refunds must be within 28 days of receipt of item in question or will be invalid.
